On September 26th, the “Create Your Europe” project continued with its second training session, held at Jan Kukuzeli High School in Durrës. This time, the focus was on Painting as a medium for civic engagement and artistic exploration.

Supported by the National Youth Agency (AKR), the training is part of the broader Youth 2030 strategy, which aims to strengthen youth participation in European integration through non-formal education and creative expression.

During the session, young participants experimented with various painting techniques, using art to convey social messages and reflect on themes such as identity, inclusion, and European citizenship. The training also included discussions on the EU integration process and the importance of youth involvement in shaping democratic societies.

The event highlighted the role of visual arts in fostering dialogue and inclusion, and set the stage for future artistic contributions to the project’s final exhibition in Tirana.
