PlayField: Mental Health in Focus – A New Erasmus+ Journey Begins

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, we are proud to announce that our Erasmus+ project PayField: Mental Health in Focus has officially been approved. This initiative marks a significant step forward in our commitment to supporting youth mental health across Europe. Through this project, we aim to raise awareness, promote resilience, and empower young people to take charge of their mental well-being.

In partnership with Europski Dom Slavonski Brod, we are launching a series of activities designed to foster open dialogue, reduce stigma, and provide practical tools for mental health support. The project kicked off with a training held in Zadar, Croatia, from 26 September to 5 October. ESN Tirana was proudly represented by Alda Dhamo and Xhentil Bici, who actively contributed to the exchange of ideas and best practices during the sessions.

The training in Zadar laid the foundation for a collaborative and impactful journey ahead. Participants engaged in workshops, discussions, and interactive learning experiences that highlighted the importance of mental health in youth work and education. The energy and dedication shown by all involved reaffirmed the need for continued efforts in this field.

Looking ahead, we are excited to share that the next event will take place in Tirana this December. It will bring together young people, youth workers, and mental health advocates to continue the conversation and build on the momentum of the project. Stay tuned for more updates, and join us in making mental health a priority — together.
