ESN Tirana Concludes #7Talks Project: A Creative Push for Youth Employment and Innovation

ESN Tirana has officially wrapped up the #7Talks project, a youth-led initiative supported by the National Youth Agency of Albania (AKR), aimed at promoting innovative approaches to youth employment through creativity, dialogue, and civic engagement.
The project, titled “Nga Fjala tek Veprimi – Aktivizëm për Punën Rinore përmes Inovacionit dhe Krijimtarisë”, brought together young Albanians in a series of seven interactive forums designed to spark action and co-create solutions for the challenges facing youth in the labor market.
Throughout the project, participants engaged in hands-on sessions that combined career development, social innovation, and activism, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and collaboration. The initiative encouraged youth to move beyond discussion and take concrete steps toward building sustainable, youth-driven solutions.
“#7Talks was about turning ideas into impact,” said Mikela Gjapi, expert at ESN Tirana. “We wanted to empower young people to lead change—not just talk about it.”
As the project concludes, ESN Tirana celebrates the creativity, energy, and commitment of the young participants and reaffirms its dedication to supporting youth-led change in Albania.
“This is just the beginning,” added Harri Aleksi, professor and expert at the project. “We’re proud of the ideas that emerged from #7Talks and excited to see how they grow into lasting impact.”
